This program is for you if:

This is:

  • A guided, structured journey through the deeper layers of yoga

  • A blend of movement, learning, and personal reflection

  • A supportive, community-based experience

This is not:

  • A yoga teacher training

  • Overwhelming or overly academic

  • About performing or being “advanced”

How It Works

  • 6 months total

  • One weekend per month (immersive, intentional sessions)

  • Each weekend includes:

    • Guided practice

    • Alignment & posture breakdowns

    • Teaching + discussion

    • Real-life integration
