Private Sessions
Private sessions with Lauren Cowart are one -on - one, 60 minute trainings and may include alignment, meditation, special events, chair yoga, breathwork or prenatal yoga. Weekly Private sessions are $100. Private Group sessions $150 (more than 20people are $200).

Cancellation fees are as follows:
