Private Sessions

$75 - $150

Private sessions with Lauren Cowart are one -on - one, 60 minute trainings and may include chair yoga or prenatal yoga. Weekly Private sessions are $75, Private Sessions on Saturday or Sunday are $100. Private Group sessions (more than 20people are $150).

Cancellation fees are as follows:

24Hours or more advance notice = no fee.
Less than 24-hours notice = 50% of reserved service(s)
No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s)
