The Intention - Bring Forth the Mantle of Wellbeing

Within  each of us is a wellspring of confidence, clarity, and connectedness.  Explore your ability to tap into the Self that is also compassionate,  curious, and creative, and is capable of self-healing at a cellular  level.

You  settle into the space with gentle movement and breathwork to ground the  body into loving awareness. A series of relaxed, restorative postures  follows using pillows, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other support  systems. The sequence of poses is designed to release tension in common  areas of holding in the body in order to encourage circulation in and  through previously blocked channels. The session concludes with a short  meditation and savasana.

Group Reiki healing will be performed for each of you if you choose to receive it for no extra cost. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and eases anxiety through gentle touch.…
