Power Yoga • a vinyasa based class infused with strength building poses while also connecting breath with movement
This workshop is for both beginners and seasoned yogis! We will work through modification techniques for some of the most common postures practiced in power yoga at Yoga Vibe. This is a great opportunity to learn how to modify your practice safely on your mat. With the right tools and knowledge power yoga can be accessible to all.
We will finish the class with a 30 minute slow guided flow.
$20 investment or monthly unlimited cards are accepted as well.
