The Harvest Within is a sacred day for women to step away from the noise, slow down and return to themselves. Together, we will reflect on what this season of life has grown within us—honoring what is ready to be gathered, what can be released and what we wish to carry forward.

Through yoga and mindful movement, meditation, sound healing, creative expression and heartfelt connection, you’ll be gently guided inward to reconnect with your body, your spirit and the wisdom already living within you.
