About The Event
Join me for a post-run flow! We’ll warm up with an optional 5k (3.1 miles) near the studio, and then head back to the studio for vinyasa-based flow! This flow will include breath work (pranayama), meditation, hip opening and hamstring stretching poses. Having completed by 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification with Black Swan Yoga Houston in Summer 2018, I am spreading my wings and finding my voice as a baby swan teacher.
