Join us for history AND practice! A lot of the time, it's the physical practice of the asanas (or poses) that draw us to yoga. But did you know that various poses have stories and legends attached to them? Some are fables of taking a leap of faith while others are an ode to romance.
Each month we'll uncover one of these myths to not only give your practice a deeper meaning but to shine a light on some of your favorite poses!
